














The walk over to a soon-fading community located in the heart of Singapore uncovered some rustic beauty that’s unique to the people in this area. It is a throw stone away from the modern cityscape of CHIJMES, and Raffles place city. Using D850 with a 24-70/f2.8.
The only few blocks in this group, has arts written all over, (being located so near to the previously “Singapore Art Museum”, and in a hub where some of the earliest group of singaporeans made their home in. I find many nice small cafe located here, with a well-known bicycle shop tuck in the hidden corner and you can find a few murals around. Not to mention, an established corner for the Roman Catholic Church and their centre with the China heritage centre, it is a testament of the multi-cultural element existing in a place that has seek to redefine itself with modern comfort of arts.
